As a cold-hearted villain, Dr. Victor Fries, also known as Mr. Freeze, has the warmest heart for his wife, Nora, who suffers from a terminal illness. In order to cure Nora's disease, Mr. Freeze plans to hold Gotham City ransom by threatening to transform it into a frozen wasteland.

Mr. Freeze's specialized suit is faithfully recreated with a black and silver striped undersuit and layered armor pieces on top. Meanwhile, the armor is meticulously plated with metallic finishes and includes translucent and iridescent parts on the upper arms, chest, thighs, and calves to enhance futuristic aesthetic and add an extra sense of coldness for the figure.
