Store rules and how to pre-order goods

Important: In the field of pop culture, there is a common longer waiting period for some limited collector pieces in smaller series, so it is necessary to create a pre-order for the customer. Waiting times can also be in the months of the manufacturer's issued product. Of course, unless stated otherwise. Not applicable for goods in stock or already issued. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The pre-order can be placed on goods which are not yet in stock.
The pre-orders serve as a tool to reserve your desired products so that it never slips your fingers when it is finally released. We know how painful that is. The pre-order guarantees that your pre-ordered goods will always have equal or lower price than goods later available in stock. Some pre-order quantity restrictions may apply.

You do not need to pay for the pre-ordered goods in advance in full. (only a reservation fee – the so called deposit).
When the pre-order is ready for you in the warehouse of our supplier, we you will automatically send you an e-mail instructing you to pay the rest of the price of the pre-ordered goods.  Then you have 10 days to pay the remainder of the price. In case we do not receive the payment, we sent another request for payment before we finally cancel your pre-order.

What is the value of the deposit?
For all pre-orders we require 20% deposit of the price of the product.  The order confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours and will include the detailed instructions for payment. The deposit price will be automatically deduced from the price of pre-ordered goods when it arrives in our stock.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your pre-order, the paid reservation fee (the aforementioned deposit) we be forfeit – on exceptions!!! We accept cancellations only in the period before you make the reservation deposit, i.e. within the first 48 hours. 

If you wish, you can combine pre-orders with other pre-orders but they will be processed separately depending on the time the respective goods arrive in our stock.

What payment options are there for pre-orders?

When you are selecting payment options for pre-orders, select the payment option “pre-order” (postponed payment) intended only for pre-ordering.  Immediately after, you will get an email from us informing you about the process of payment of the reservation fee (the deposit) within the first 48 hours.

Can I order the goods in stock together with goods which are not yet available (pre-orders)?

We strongly advise you not to choose this option. We cannot combine items in stock with pre-orders because it can take a very long time before the pre-orders are released by the manufacturer and they arrive in our stock. We are unable to put goods in our stock aside for you for such a long period of time. In case you still decide to combine stock goods with pre-orders, we send the stock goods directly without waiting for the pre-order to be released and the shipping fees will be charged for each dispatch individually.

All pre-orders are without guarantees. Rest assured, we will do all in our power to reach your satisfaction.
If such a critical situation arises, we immediately return the deposit to the customer in full.
