Sitting at 9 inches tall with a bright pink face poking out from the front of their PuppyCat costume, deep brown eyes look out from above a white muzzle that has a pink heart nose and a cheery smile. With PuppyCat's always angry face on the forehead between two pointed brown ears, a pink collar wraps around their neck with a yellow bell hanging over the rainbow marking on their white stomach as brown feet kick forward, showing off heart paw pads.
